At Gardenova Boutique, we want our customers to purchase surplus equipment with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
Items showing signs of use, installation, damage, or modification will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-ordered or specially sourced products
- Clearance, liquidation, or final-sale items
- Products sold as-is or clearly marked as non-returnable
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation

Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain return authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error
- Returned items must be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping method
- Gardenova Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The restocking fee covers:
- Inspection and verification of returned equipment
- Repackaging and handling
- Inventory and administrative processing
The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
No restocking fee will be applied if the return is due to:
- An incorrect item shipped by Gardenova Boutique
- Damage caused during transportation
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
If a returned item does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
