Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, and approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned product. Custom, clearance, liquidation, and as-is items are non-returnable.
