Refund policy

At Gardenova Boutique, we want our customers to purchase surplus equipment with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Items showing signs of use, installation, damage, or modification will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-ordered or specially sourced products
  • Clearance, liquidation, or final-sale items
  • Products sold as-is or clearly marked as non-returnable
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation

Return Authorization & Process

Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain return authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error
  • Returned items must be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping method
  • Gardenova Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The restocking fee covers:

  • Inspection and verification of returned equipment
  • Repackaging and handling
  • Inventory and administrative processing

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

No restocking fee will be applied if the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item shipped by Gardenova Boutique
  • Damage caused during transportation

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

If a returned item does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
