Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Gardenova Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Delivery & Inspection

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery
  • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Claims for transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and product

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in claim rejection.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Additional costs caused by failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer
