Gardenovaboutique professionally ships surplus and industrial equipment from our main warehouse in France to customers across Europe and selected international destinations. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping methods may include standard parcel delivery, pallet freight, or specialized transport depending on the product size and destination. Delivery times vary by region, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes on international orders. Tracking information is provided when available, and customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery and report any transport damage within 48 hours.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible unused and uninstalled items returned in their original condition and packaging. All returns require prior authorization from Gardenovaboutique before shipment. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, and approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned product. Custom, clearance, liquidation, and as-is items are non-returnable.
